Hearing about Dirt/Ice mountain for yrs, I fully expected my vehicle to sit there, but no! The process was rather quick for me, once it went into production. It was delayed start of production by one week. But once it did start, it was little over a week from start of to shipment.

I was told because we arenāt current customers really. They prioritize current customers bringing in dealership revenue. We are potential customers, unless you have a purchase agreement.
I donāt know what I would do without this forum. I finally convinced my dealership to get their act together because of the information posted here. Thanks all!
What if your dealer refuses to acknowledge this process? They told me they donāt have to do anything. I sent them screenshots that state otherwise, but what recourse do I have to make them do their job?
