I get that, but I can’t even see my reservation on the site, now that it has been converted to an order. How are they being picked from the dealership, by reserve stamp, then reordered on a master list?

So does Ford picks in order from the earliest reservation from each dealership, then adds them to a master list from other dealerships in order by reservation again? When I go on Ford’s website, I no longer see my reservation and date, since it’s been converted to an order.

Here in New Orleans it’s mostly silver and white. I think Oxford White is a show stopper in WT. Red and black also look awesome.

Not at all. I reserved in May, converted in June. I doubt I’ll see any type of update before Jan.

Then explain why many day 1 reservations still have no VIN? Most of these early reservations were converted to orders 6 months later. I’m a late reserve and converted less than a month later.

Maybe, but Ford doesn’t pick up reservations to build, it’s orders. The reservation might put you in line with your dealer, but it’s a lotto ticket whether yours is built early or not at this point.

I actually switched to WT from BL after one dealer stated no more hardtops till 2023. My main dealer thinks that WT has a better shot of being produced than any others, and was advising customers to order WT. I dropped Lux and added 2.7 SAS High with the WT and it was at 3K less than BL.

I keep reading about peep’s early reserve dates, but what the hell does that matter? It’s about the order date, not reservation. Anyone can reserve. Ford doesn’t care about that.

Really funny and informative. I’m getting WT High and was looking for the other USB options. That MIC noise though. Damn. 2nd review that showcased that noise. That’s going to drive me bonkers, until I can solve the issue.
