Unless the body is wider versus wider fender flares and changing components cost more then upgrading the badlands might be better. Raptor is a whole different vehicle over the F 150. If trade an F 150 regardless of upgrade cost to get a Raptor. Hopefully the Bronco variant will be just as worthy...
Grey seems to be a popular color in Florida. After white and black then silver. My Durango was grey. I’m hedging so will my Bronco. Although silver tends to stay clean the longest down here with the constant afternoon thunderstorms
Regardless where I’m buying. I’m breaking this Bronco in quick. I always do that with new cars. Get that first thousand on first weekend or two. Best way is far away fishing spots never before visited. Including if I go local. Baby her that first thousand. Stick to scenic routes. No hurries...
Fastest is joining Mustang club of America unless you’ve owned Ford stock for six months at time of order although I think dealers can work something out so it’s at time of delivery since we are more than six months out. With MCA you only need to be a member for two months.
Google ford x plan...
Don’t think this group seeking duffles. I’m in to get $1k under invoice or $1,300 under x plan. I have x plan. Back up is Stephens then Granger. Doubt my local dealers willing to not be greedy other than perhaps Sawgrass which is a high volume dealer. I’d guess this group would get its best deal...
Wondering if Ford accounted for Covid when estimating start of delivery. Last I checked they changed it to June at the earliest. At this point seems September more realistic and just release it as a MY22. I’m good with that.
If that pans out then I’m getting the Sasquatch just to have 4.7. No way I’m replacing axels. That’s way too costly and at that point you might as well go 60 front and 80 rear with ARB lockers.
I have Ford stock but also joined MCA where two months of membership enough to get a pin. Only good for a year so no sense requesting the pin prior to needing it but might as well join today so you qualify come order time.
Considering the economy we are in perhaps just being content with 35s for now more cost effective. Can always upgrade later after seeing how others have faired with their upgrades.
Not like it looks bad with 35s. Pretty bad ass actually.
What do those run new with 35s in South Florida? I know Rubicon take offs run about $800 to $1000. Gotta believe beadlock are 50% or more greater than that.
