Thanks for saving me the work! Let me know how it turns out! Somehow the gap doesn't leak after spraying water directly at it, so I will probably just ignore it or add some additional weather stripping.

I have that issue on my 2nd row panel and I thought it was from installing the jtops as it sits under the bracket that the 2nd row panel attaches to. Now I'm thinking it has always been like that!

Thanks. Eibach coilovers and 3/4" wheel spacers. Barely rubs on the front crash bar mount at full stuff and wheel turned all the way, but no where near enough to want to do anything about it. Just a bit of paint rubbed off at the outboard edge.

Just tried to use the video today. Ran a couple trails and then shut the bronco down before I remembered to stop the recording. Started it up and it didn't resume, now I have a 2gb file that cannot be played and it doesn't show up in my feed. Super disappointed.

Here's what mine looked like after cutting. It's still close to rubbing on the back side, less then 1/8" gap, but I figured it's best to keep as much material as possible.

I went with 0.75" Bora Spacers, which gave me the best offset for running 37's and no lift. Just cleared the crash bar mount on the front and the slider in the back. The pockets on the backside of the sasquatch wheels are just deep enough to clear the studs protruding from the spacers. 0.75"...

I imagine that's why ARB adds in the stamped beaded stiffeners to their skids. To help with strength/bending. Though that clearly didn't work in this case. I'd be curious how RCIs 3/16" skid would hold up in comparison as the way it mounts is not triangulated like the ARB skid is.

Stage 2? You need to lower the front or get new upper control arms. I was close to maxed out on camber installing mine out of the box, but I think the extra weight of the 2.7L engine and bumper helped keep the front lower and my alignment in spec compared to your setup.
