Glad to hear it!
Weāve made 3 trips of approximately 800 miles round trip each, without drama.
Our Class C gets 10 MPG without the Bronco, and drops by 1 to 9 MPG with.
Just for clarification, when you say ābrake lockupā do you mean that the tires actually stopped turning at all & said ānot another inch without leaving skid marksā, or, that it was unexpected how much of a sudden effect they had in comparison to how little they had done before?

Gotcha. Thank you.
Unfortunately I think most people think there are literally 10 plies inside, including many off road...
Sorry but I gotta throw the challenge flag on that. Load Range E tires donāt actually have 10 plies, do they? Thatās an ancient bias ply tire thing.
I looked & looked at the Goodyear website and the only mention of plies that I found said 3 plies - and that was for the E rated tire.
Honestly...
I donāt know how anyone else does it but when I drive through water Iām behind the driverās seat looking out the windows. I canāt see any alleged marks on the fenders or anywhere else on the outside of the vehicle. And I havenāt been able to convince my wife to get out and stand in waist deep...
There is a small (1/2ā) safety pin that is engaged into a slot. Shaped kinda like an oversized nail head upside down. To disengage, you need to push forward as you lift. Also, make sure that the pull-down latch at front outside corner is folded back down (or up) or else it hooks & catches as...
I had a totally unrelated vehicle do this and it turned out to be a collapsed hydraulic lifter/follower. Whether it is this (not the end of the world) or something else, Iād have it towed to dealer.
Gotcha. The details help shed light on the situation. The company literature says āWhen you hit the brakes in your tow vehicle, it generates an output signal that ramps up, or increases over a period of time,ā¦ā
This differs from a Proportional system (I.e. Prodigy), with a simpler approach & a...
Firstly, yes, some ātugā is normal. The idea is for the trailer brakes to help, yet not lock up and slide.
Secondly, exactly which Draw Tite controller?
Unfortunately we live in a town full of bad drivers, and weāve been victims of such more times than I care to count. My response has been boiled down to the following 2 questions:
1. Is everyone okay?
2. Can it be fixed? (Because having a vehicle totaled is never a pleasant experience.)
@Lil Red Broncette What you describe is real. It is intentional part of programming, entirely because of emissions. I can refer you to YouTube videos explaining the engineering reasons if you like.
I noticed it on my test drive, and it bothered me so much that it nudged me to the automatic.
