How is the lower part mounted? The hinges pictured above in post #166 look similar to stock hinges and don't have additional tapped holes to bolt into.
Asking, as I have the hammerbilt mounting for raptor hinges, but the hinges I got are like the ones in post #`166. Not sure how to mount this...
The lower hinge I got from oemfordpartsdirect.com looks more like the original hinge. The upper hinge has the flat mounting points, but the lower hinge is just like the original, but with thicker pin.
I also didn't get black bolts from hammerbilt for some reason with my reinforcement plate for...
This has been discussed in some other threads a bunch. The towing capacity is primarily limited by the fram supports around the hitch, and not the power/brakes/frame.
The ford hitch is rated at class 2, but the curt hitch is rated at class 3. This doesnt' mean the bronco with a curt hitch can...
I have the same setup (will copy the clutch extension, very cool idea) and it does not affect ground clearance or approach angle. The protrusion is narrower (same vertical) than the factory front skid which make it look like it sticks out more. Better rock clearance on the sides, the factory...
Fantastic!!! This is something I've been wanting to do. I'm working on making the grill easier to take off without breaking. Currently trying a solution with magnets.
Haven't gotten to this part yet. Share the 3d files?

Added a Kicker HS10 subwoofer to the bronco (non-BO). I put the HS10 in the factory sub location, where it barely fits. I needed a grill cover for the hole left from removing the cubby, and made this custom logo grill. I wasn't up for paying $50 online for the only option I could find.

If you are replacing your taillights and changing from LED -> regular or the other way you have to adjust the settings in forscan because there's a different # of lights in those different models. Same for the Oracle flush mount lights (which I have).
They aren't detailed in the sheet, becuse...
A few of us are watching this thread and keeping the sheet updated as we can. I dont' know that anyone is re-validating stuff that has worked in the past, though.
