My post was regarding the meaning of the "special order" text not anything about the date. The date is when the window sticker was created. The date isn't affected by it being a "special order" or a stock order.

It means it is a order for a specific vehicle placed by a retail customer (green sticker), not an order for dealer stock, fleet order, government order, FCTP order, etc. (blue sticker)
