  2. Central TX Bronco Club

That's one way to get a look at the underside of a Bronco.
  3. 📈 Bronco December 2021 Sales & Production Numbers: 9,168 Sold / 10,851 Produced

It's somewhat encouraging only 35,000 have been sold. Given the delays, they really are only getting started. Here's to seeing more Broncos on the street in 2022.
  4. Resolved to my satisfaction

The thing is, many of us did get a signed agreement. And we are waiting in Bronco purgatory because of the allocations.
  5. Mike Levine on Twitter

Unfortunately, the customer in question really had nothing. No correspondence or anything showing he had a deal. Frankly, I think the dealer has been more than fair and was strong armed into this. The customer has to take some responsibility here and not just wander into the dealer when the car...

Is this a real tweet? I wanted to reply to it, but can't find it.
  7. Resolved to my satisfaction

Mike, we're happy to ask for help and give you a chance. Many of us have been waiting about as long as this gentleman had. How about giving allocation to the dealers to help fulfill the 2020 reservations we all made? I'll wait, thanks.
  8. Resolved to my satisfaction

Definitely stick it on Cars.com or something at $56k over MSRP and let it sit there. That would be funny.

True dat. Granger, is my 2029 Bronco on its way yet?

I'm not familiar with the laws in every state, but I do understand they are extensive everywhere and dealers are a strong lobbying group. If you could make a legal case that Ford could simply dictate the price charged by dealers, I'd like to see it.
  12. Resolved to my satisfaction

They can't make that mandatory because the dealers are independent. Buyers need to take responsibility in this process.
  13. Resolved to my satisfaction

I'm losing interest in these posts. Because you ordered a First Edition, it looks like you might get an assist from Ford. I really hope you do and that you can get your Bronco for a reasonable price. You would likely not get such help if you ordered a lesser trim. Some folks here who have been...
  14. Goose Gear Stealth Rear Seat Delete - my review

Yes, on the second row of a 4-door vehicle. I do think they could do something similar on the 4 door Bronco if they wanted. If the 93 is similar to the 2000 I had, I do like what Toyota did there. If I recall, the seat bottom folded forward, you removed the head rest and slid that into the...
  15. Goose Gear Stealth Rear Seat Delete - my review

You ponder why the Bronco can have more versatile and flat fold down seats like the Honda Fit, Dodge Vans, Land Rover Discovery, etc. The challenge is all the vehicles you reference are unit body construction and, if they have rear axles, have independent suspensions. The Bronco is a body on...

    Planning for the zombie apocalypse?
  17. Price Gouging @ Westway Ford Irving Texas

Also left a 1 star review. Folks do need to be more careful here, though, with dealers. When the order books first opened, there were many discussions regarding how one had to agree on a price with their dealer. And get the whole thing in writing including document fees, etc. This is why...
  18. Anyone else hate the silver beauty rings?

Personally, I prefer the silver and not a fan of all black wheels. To each his own.
  19. Phone Call From Dealer

    or a Festivus miracle.
  20. A Confession: I was a fool

Yes, I will get mine in early February as well. I'm just not sure what year it will be.
