Thanks folks, but No, Not on mine. Got the green parking light icon, the Auto icon but no green or blue headlight icon. Will get it checked at next service. (and yes headlights do come on)

All this time I ve thought the parking light icon/idiot light on dash indicated lights/low beams on…..guess not. There is no indicator of headlights on? The Auto icon doesn’t help in daytime. Hmmm.

….but be careful if you try to cancel, for whatever reason, you’ll find they need to “give permission “ to cancel. Been there, done that.
