I had a bunch of mud in mine and the washout floors were great. I used low pressure and a brush to get the majority of it out. Then rags and a cleaner to get rid of the rest. So much easier than dealing with cleaning a rug (which I would likely have needed to do even with husky/weathertek floor...

Its really a function of how quickly you want to sell. If you want to sell it fast, it probably should be 1000 or less. If you are willing to wait, keep it where its at. As far as the economics of it, we can get into a long debate. Pricing is what I do for a living.
