if you are modifying your vehicle, assume the dealer will void your warranty. that's been said for decades. grab your warranty paperwork and see what it says about modifications and off road driving. i'm sure there's a clause there. if people say otherwise, then show me the paperwork...
i agree. if the dealer can't get that out then find a new dealer who's a bit more competent. it's grease/rubber film/dirt. cars get dirty and the materials used have some resilience to dirt, etc. it's not a white wedding dress made from silk.
and the dealer should be using seat and floor...
speedometer also goes to 120mph. doesn't mean you need to do it.
if you throw on a set of aftermarket coilovers and you damage a control arm or ball joint or a bushing goes bad, you can't expect ford to cover it under warranty. you've altered their specifications. this is why a lot of people...
if you off roading and are serious about it, get the 2.7 auto.
if you are going to daily it and want one last vehicle to be manual before everything is either auto or electric, get the manual.
i think for sake of the conversation, we should only be discussing production vehicles or ones that are in pre-production. no atlis, no hummer ev, no cybertruck. why? because they either haven't released anything tangible.
i'm interested to know the charge times at home for lets say a...
so a fully loaded bronco badlands and a black diamond for the price of a loaded rivian r1t. tax credit and electric savings cannot be accounted for because it varies on location. my province does not give any credits because they are douche bags.
true but it's still not a competitor. a dirt bike can pretty much go anywhere a jeep can as well, but you can't be comparing the two. but then again, could you compare an explorer with all terrains (forget the trim name) with a bronco? a jeep grand cherokee with a wrangler?
Say the R1S vs Bronco no. The R1S is more of competition for the Explorer as it's not a off road vehicle. Just an SUV, with an off road tire option and air suspension.
The R1T would compete with full size pick up trucks like the F150 Lighting.
So the Rivian is not competition for the Bronco...
Dash - should have been like that from the start.
Fenders - You paint them and you'll have every owner complaining about rock chips after they drive off the lot. there's reason they are left like that. With the flaps and stuff, i'm sure there was some regulation behind it.
Overall - I love...
exactly. someone said earlier on, because the wheels and tires stick out further, they are able to move the exhaust and that allowed room for the extra bracing.
hey, that fiat, where do you get parts? my good friends dad has one thats been stuck in the garage for like 20 years. he did a bunch of mods back in the 70s and 80s (engine work, fenders, wheels and tires, exhaust, etc.) but it needs work now.
0.78 inch difference in the m210 axles. also the m210 has 1500nm more torque capacity.
i know the pic shows the m220 but you can see theres a difference. and 1500nm of torque is about 1100ft lbs of torque which is quite a difference...
from an electrical point of view, could you get a usb hub and run multiple usb ports throughout the dash (including wireless pad) and power it off the battery or something?
congrats, imo, get the ceramic coating soon rather than later. paint is the cleanest it'll every be (prior to the detail for the ceramic coating) but it'll give the detailer an easier job to clean the paint before the ceramic.
