Yeah, you keep going a ways past the glider launch. When we went (the day I took this picture) there wasn’t much of a view from the glider launch since we were basically in a cloud. You can also get to the other side of the mountain and get some pretty nice views of Harrison lake.
100% agree. Larger groups tend to ruin the fun with all the idling you do waiting for everyone else. Largest group run I went with had 40ish vehicles, we did split into 2 groups but that didn’t make much difference. Typically I head out on trails alone, although for more moderate/severe trails I...
I think these motors are just noisy overall. Honestly after 2 years I’m still not 100% used to it. Mine makes the same noise when it’s cold out, but always goes away once warm. 65,000km and no issues
I would contact ARB, they’d probably replace it for you.
I had the little tab that holds the air chuck onto the valve stem fall off on my ARB portable. They replaced the chuck for free no questions asked, even though I initially contacted them to find out where I could buy a replacement.
FordPass app gets the info from the vehicle directly. So whatever the oil life monitor says in the truck will show in the app. Recommended oil change intervals vary depending on use. I always do mine every 5000 miles regardless.
I used 119 Ford Black. You’re right though, it is more of a matte finish. They do offer the LVP refinisher in clear which is available with satin finish. You could try going over it with that.

The ARB single is good for smaller tire sizes. I can go 20-39psi in my BD 32” tires in under 10 minutes total for all 4. That’s doing one tire at a time, I don’t know if inflating multiple tires simultaneously would affect it’s time.

I sprayed mine black using this product. They have tons of colours available, including ones to match Ford OEM interior colours. It’s professional grade and designed to absorb into the plastic/vinyl so it won’t peel off like traditional spray paint can over time.
Most factory seat heating systems have internal thermostats in the heating pads themselves. They prevent the system from heating past certain temperatures to avoid causing burns or a fire. If you unplug the heating element, the controller loses the reading from the thermostat and disables the...
To clarify, does the noise happen when you’re moving the shifter between gears, or as you depress the clutch?
I find mine makes a noise similar to how you described in 4L if you depress the clutch too quickly.
DD has a few different output options on their Stage Series kits. I went with the sport on mine, which is their lowest output, but also the cheaper of the three. Same high quality, just slightly lower lumens. They’re still ridiculously bright, I don’t see the need to go with the higher outputs...
