You are missing something - the original question was about running 37s on the base auto 3.73 gearing. I assume @refade1 has an auto, too.

I think there's a combo of 2 door and manual transmission that Ford is prioritizing right now. Lots of us scheduled the last two weeks. I feel for you and hope you get your Broncos ASAP.

That's a bummer. Dealer should have let you know. Usually with PC2, Ford puts a lock on changes and the dealer has to override.

Y'all are convincing me to drop SAS. Redid the math and it saves me $9885 to drop SAS from a base manual ($7385 cost of SAS plus $2500 current offer). If I can do a quality rear locker down the line for a fraction of that, then I would be happy.

I can think of $6655 reasons. Some of the Black Diamond features are not for everyone. There are superior after market bumpers, bash plates, and rock rails, and some folks prefer cloth over vinyl (especially in warmer climates). In any case, this discussion doesn't really address the questions...

I'm in the same boat as you. I've got a base mansquatch ordered. Dropping Sasquatch saves $6500, plus the $2500 offer equals $9000 in savings. I really would like to have factory lockers, especial the rear locker, but $9000 would go a long way towards mods. Looking forward to the discussion.
