My theory is that the person who updates the statuses and delivery dates for Ford let their kids borrow their laptop and the kids are just pushing buttons.
My date was moved back to 2/20 also. It seems the date for some people is when their Broncos will arrive at the dealer and for others like myself it's when they (hopefully) will ship. It's odd that multiple people in different parts of the country are assigned the same 2/20 EDD.
Of course...
Yeah, it seems like there are exceptions so it's difficult to figure out what the dates really mean. My original EDD was 1/31 and I was told mine should ship by 1/31 which it did not. Now it's 2/10 and it won't be delivered to AZ by then.
Same here, I was told by Ford CS and my dealer that mine had been produced and would ship between 1/24 and 1/31 but that didn't happen.
I'm thinking they forgot which lot they parked ours at lol.
Found the post I refernced earlier, my wording was a bit off:

Good luck this week to all those in production!
I saw in another thread that if you are in production, the estimated delivery date is actually the date that it is expected to be built/ shipped, not the date it will be delivered. Once the Bronco is shipped, the date will change. My EDD is 2/10 but with MAP closed I don't expect it to ship by...
Has anyone had their Bronco ship in the last few days since the MAP shutdown? I am one of 7 Broncos that my dealer says (drink) are stuck at MAP. 4 are marked "chip hold" and I am one of three that don't have a note and show as "produced" but not built.
My dealer is assuming it is waiting...
From the video it looks like Ford has all hands on deck working on clearing the backlog. Hopefully the layer of snow and ice on the Bronco's hood protects the paint from scratches. 🙃
Yeah, not saying you should go over their head, but it would probably be the sales manager or GM who would contact the Ford rep if your salesman thinks that will help.
I just checked and I'm still at 2/10, but I'm in Arizona so that date will probably change soon, hopefully it stays in February. I spoke with the sales manager yesterday and she said there are 7 in my situation with no holds listed but stuck in production and I'm 4th in line in terms of blend...
What issues could possibly delay delivery 5 months? Very bizarre. I don't see how deliveries can be delayed for 3+ months for some, but similarly specced Broncos are still being built and delivered.
At least those on Dirt Mountain knew they were there because of the hardtop, but unless I've...
I never thought that when this process began I would be checking the extended weather forecast for Detroit, but here we are. Looks like it won't be that windy which is good news for those of us with soft tops potentially sitting outside.
He may be referring to the middle of the soft top not latching properly as shown in the Lite Brite video. This is also why I am a bit concerned for all of the soft top Broncos sitting in a parking lot with snow expected.
I found the post in the Facebook group and the OP never clarifies what...
