Yes, I think your odds of getting it built are good, since there are not too many orders left in the 24 order banks. They seem to have plenty of capacity compared to orders, and retail orders get priority over dealer stock orders.

Hopefully yes, your dealer should know whether they have allocations left in 2024. The Fact that your dealer agreed to order is a good sign that they had an allocation left for 2024.

The order banks for 4-door ‘24 Heritage have been closed for several months, but they should be able to order a 2-door Heritage until 10/23. Make sure whichever dealer you order from still has 24 allocation left.
