So, since they had announced no price protection for Model Year changes, will that hold for HEs since the delay in scheduling and builds is due to Ford's inability to produce them, or will we have to swallow price increases and delays if we get pushed into a 2024 MY Heritage build ?

Ford should not have allowed orders for a model they can't produce. If they did not know of a manufacturing issue that came up later, they should let those that ordered know what is going on. We can wait until they sort it out, we are just asking for a rudimentary level of communication.

It is Ford's fault, when there is a lack of communications, the void is filled with speculation. Had they told us what is going on we would not be imagining different scenarios.

You need to contact your dealer to get the rail car number, the sticker only shows whether it is shipped by rail or convoy. The dealer will have access to that information through the Ford system.

I just called as well, the Customer Service rep said mine was unscheduled clean as well, just waiting to be scheduled in the next few weeks.

Tim Bartz @FordVideoGuy mentioned yesterday in his livestream that he will be reaching out to the "brand manager" to see if he can get an answer for what the HE delays are all about and he will provide an update if Ford says he could share that information.
