I think the 10 percent constraint does not apply to the mod tops. That is an MIC top constraint. So hopefully they are making more two door mod tops to match demand. It seems that the order banks have more of a 60 percent 4 door HEs to 40 percent 2 doors split, and if they build 3 thousand HEs...

I would venture that it it is 3 percent of total production will be Heritage. Which roughly equals the 3k HEs in the order banks. That makes the most logical sense.

Lets not confuse terminology here allocation is specific to a dealer, we are talking about total production capacity versus total order numbers. But ... since these were supposed to start being built in March/April and now finally get built in June (for the four doors) so is it 3% for the rest...

These are very limited in production numbers. It is highly unlikely any dealer would be willing to go below MSRP. You would be good to order one and get it at MSRP. Not available on lots yet.

It does not have the squared off fenders and it is a Cyber Orange which is not a Heritage color, it’s someone’s take on the heritage.

My build is similar except for the color - I chose AGM instead of Red.

This just states that this week they will not be announcing scheduling for future weeks, probably for July and August production dates, it has no bearing on current production schedule, so of you are scheduled for this week, it should be just fine.

There has not been a specialty scheduling week since they lifted the hold on building and scheduling HEs just last week. So no opportunity for recent scheduling of older conversion orders or the newer 3/27-3/31 orders.

Harboring ill will should get you scheduled any day now…. Best of luck. BTW no 3/27 HEs got scheduled as far as we can tell. So that should make you feel good.

Thanks, since I was the first 3/27 HE order at my dealership, if mine doesn't get scheduled and built this year, they would be delivering no 2023 MY HE's to that dealership, presumably that would miss the mark.
