My drivers roof panel was just replaced. They didn’t include the 3-“ felt pads that go around the levers underneath that hold the roof on. 1.5 weeks later and they can’t figure it out what to order. I figure I’ll just buy it myself and do it.

Panel was spiderwebbing all over. Garage kept. Maybe took the panel off 6x other panels look fine when it’s on the truck you can’t see it well. I noticed it while carrying it to install it ford covered it easily. New panel 3 days later

Most dealers won’t I found 95% tell you to buzz off post covid if you ask for $1 off. They went from order takers during covid. To actually having to sell post covid. Most dealers haven’t figured it out yet. And too many buyers accept horrible deals vs driving 1 hour got a better deal

I’d look on line 100 miles and look for best deal. Drive and get it. Most dealers won’t bargain $1. F them

It’s not the dealer I bought it from ford should pay not the dealer It’s a defect.

8 days later. Ford hasn’t responded. Dealer told me 1/2 a day to 2 days 8 days and he’s gonna check on it not sure if it’s good or bad sign

People who worry about accidents buy Subarus. And go -5 mph like every suburu driver. I’m 55. No accidents beyond minor bumps. I don’t think about accidents much.

Dealer submitted it to ford for approval. Dealer agreed it’s rusting . He is figuring out parts already so I assume he thinks it will go through. 1-3 days to see what ford says
