Did you open the pdf @Swallace05 sent? Voltz is KCMO
  3. 6/20/22 Build Week Group

I didn't. I haven't done a rail search. I was just wondering out loud if Wichita is a regional depot for Ford similar to hub and spoke airports after @Swallace05 said her Bronco was in Augusta on its way to Texas.
  4. 6/20/22 Build Week Group

I wonder if Augusta is the drop off spot for the Wichita region? Maybe mine is on your train?
  5. 6/20/22 Build Week Group

We aren't in Kansas anymore. Now that we can see what is going on behind the curtain, it ain't pretty!
  6. 6/20/22 Build Week Group

Congrats! Out of rail repair yard purgatory. Now to start moving again. A new week-new hope.
  7. Whoa, Nellie! Avg monthly payment > $700.

I hear you. Frugal lifestyle and lots of hours at work. I was going to buy a new FJ Cruiser off the lot back in 2012. Didn't feel right at the time. So, I took a wait and see approach and just kept on waiting and saving. Now, lookee what Ford brought back! The timing is right as I am close to...

My delivery window is 7/1 -7/7 at Hillsboro Ford. I haven't done a rail search to learn any more. It could be we are on the same transport.
  9. Early peek @ ROBINS EGG BLUE 2023 Bronco Color, Heritage Edition w/ Squared Flares and Painted MOD Hard Top!

You are right about the price of those 17" steelies from Ford! I had been thinking about powder coating a set Vanilla Ice Cream color from Prismatic Powders. I'll pass on it for now.
  10. Bronco Coming Down Imogene Pass, Colorado!

The St. Elmo area is like a 2nd home for me. Been going up there since '68. Last time up to Baldwin Lake I ended up hiking it. The side road west off the Mt Antero trail to Boulder Mountain is very narrow (tight switchbacks) but decent surface-not as much traffic. You might want a winch on the...
  11. Ordered a hybrid Maverick!

My high school/college car was a '74 Maverick. 302 V8. Did the job back then. But the passage of time says this Maverick can do the job now. Love the color. Hope your wait isn't too long. Congrats!

For me, it was in my built / estimated delivery date email. A link for the pic plus a link for a short production video. Subject line might have been "here's a look at your Bronco." But not sure. At work now-kinda the Twilight Zone today.
  13. 6/20/22 Build Week Group

Well, here's my rig. Coming home to KS.
  14. 6/20/22 Build Week Group

You're right. Google Maps says your train will be backtracking a bit. But hey, yours is more than halfway.
  15. 6/20/22 Build Week Group

Thanks, mine will still have to get on a transport to a dealer 45 minutes north of Wichita. I'll post when the dealer tells me to come and get it!
  16. 6/20/22 Build Week Group

I'm wondering since Ford has an assembly plant in KC, that rail service from Michigan is very consistent. I hope yours shows up sooner too!
  17. 6/20/22 Build Week Group

Even though order tracker showed mine had been built since the 22nd, I also got my official built email late last night. Delivery between 7/1 and 7/7. Woohoo!
  18. Age and Reason for 2door and 4door buyers

58 here. My impending VB 2dr Black Diamond order is a shout out to my late fathers '68 Acapulco Blue Bronco. When family found out what I wanted to do, my Sis asked if a 2dr? If blue? and if a manual? I said yes to all.
  19. 6/20/22 Build Week Group

Haha, same here! Today is Saturday, I think. Not a regular work day
