  1. A Guy and His Bronco

Thanks for the feedback (very much appreciated). On your build you opted for very high end coilovers (great choice). I'm going to take a baby step in that direction and replace my stock springs with eibach and retain the shocks. Should yield 2" in front and leveled out. No intentions to go...
  2. A Guy and His Bronco

What a beast of a build. I’m waiting on my schedule March build date. After waiting for 2.7 lux tow MIC SAS, decided that what I really wanted from the beginning was a manual transmission. Just because 2.7 was available I talked myself in must have biggest available engine. Then came to my...

https://srqcustoms.com/product/ford-bronco-subwoofer-enclosure-with-grille/ I am researching this as well. This looks like a promising products

i have a 2023 build date march with subwoofer delete. will it come with the subbox
  5. 2.3L FORD PERFORMANCE TUNE Install & Dragy Test! 0-60 in 7.57s on RTR Everglades (**VIDEO**)

The performance tune ONLY advances the timing after it senses the 93 octane fuel. The performance with 83 octane remains the same as before the tune because nothing is changed in the mapping until the system sees the higher octane fuel. Not all technically correct just trying to present this...
  6. Best 2” lift for Badlands non-squach

Can you provide some more details: Stock upper control arm? what length bump stop (the omens that came off the non-Sasquatch bilstiens)? Can you provide some additional details? Did you keep OEM upper control arm? Which bump stops did you use (OEM from noise SAS badlands)?
  7. Eibach Pro Lift Kit for the 2021+ Ford Bronco (Sasquatch Package)

with your set up you are best accommodated with adjustable coil overs to compensate for the weight distribution. eibach makes a good price point coil over. They may offer spring rates that will be suited for the weight you are carrying. sticking with the factory coils are gonna be a series of...
  8. Badlands 1in lift

The rear only needs a puck spacer. Unlike independent front suspension that has negative consequences with drive shaft angles and steering rack increased angles, the back does not suffer these issues (for the modest lift)
  9. Badlands 1in lift

DO NOT TRIM BUMO STOP. It’s the opposite. You need to add 0.4 inches bump stop extension if you want to equal the Sasquatch suspension. The none SAS badlands has a bigger range of articulation because the bump stop is smaller. When you go to the Sasquatch setup FORD decreased the...
  10. Eibach Pro Lift Kit for the 2021+ Ford Bronco (Sasquatch Package)

For the rear, a spaced is a better lift than a preload perch collar. The read is a solid axle and the extentded geometry of the coil over assembly does not impact the suspension geometry as it does the independent front.
  11. Eibach Pro Lift Kit for the 2021+ Ford Bronco (Sasquatch Package)

I had to call eibach. I misread the instructions as well. The instructions state in picture form "do not cut bumpstop. Make no change"
  12. Badlands 1in lift

Check out Eibach website. The advertised front lift with their springs on the Sasquatch shock body is 2.3" back 1.6". If you are using a none-sasquatch badlands shock body you will get less by about 0.4".
  13. Badlands 1in lift

Eibach just did a lift last week on a non sas bronco. They used the springs that they advertise for the SAS badlands. That thread in on here and I have been posting to it. Eibach will be issuing their finalized recommendations end of this week (first week February).
  14. Bronco Sasquatch suspension parts (shocks & springs) price quoted at $1300 from dealer parts department

I would expect that the 2.7 sasquatch suspension has a heavier spring selected for the weight of the 2.7 plus automatic transmission. What I did not expect to hear though is the front sitting higher because on the sasquatch it sits lower than the back (about 1 inch). If you add winch weight...
  15. What made you pick your trim of Bronco?

Add the ford performance tune and you are back up to the 2.7 engine performance
  16. Eibach Pro Lift Kit for the 2021+ Ford Bronco (Sasquatch Package)

Keep us updated. Looks like your prelift measurements showed the driver corner to have a lower level than passenger side (the eibach springs would not correct that). What engine do you have? Have you been aligned? I believe you would need a bump stop extension. The compressed max state would...
  17. Eibach Pro Lift Kit for the 2021+ Ford Bronco (Sasquatch Package)

Was this a non Sasquatch badlands as the starting point?
  18. Eibach Pro Lift Kit for the 2021+ Ford Bronco (Sasquatch Package)

Your comment “…got 1.8 inches in front and around 1 inch in the rear”. I was told by the Eibach R&D guy that the perch collar on the non-SAS badlands bilstien is set lower than the SAS bilstien. So these results validate that. Using the same Eibach spring the preload is less by the lower...
