  1. Let's talk lights. How much lighting needed? I need suggestions.

Have you ever seen Chevy chase griswold Christmas? Not enough lights IMO.
  2. Where is jack location for rear ford bronco?

Minivan CG in for-aft direction for oem sas is 51.6ā€ behind front axle and 64.5ā€ in front of rear axle. I have put Jack stands very near your location in pics.
  3. Diff Drop with 37s - Have you had any problems with your CV axles

A 1ā€ diff drop is fine. Even 1.5ā€ is probably ok. Just not a fan since there is diminishing returns with minimal gain. The other two posts are just a long winded way of saying that. I would go a different route.
  4. Some stock suspension calculations and measurements

For reference this was first posted in the following thread. Added here to be thorough. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/diff-drop-with-37s-have-you-had-any-problems-with-your-cv-axles.136698/ For OEM style CVs, the axles are free to move (not restrained) along their axis...

  6. Diff Drop with 37s - Have you had any problems with your CV axles

For OEM style CVs, the axles are free to move (not restrained) along their axis (longitudinally). This allows for some misalignment along CV axis as the wheel moves up and down during suspension cycling. For example, consider the imaginary distance from wheel hub center to the half shaft...
  7. Kinematic model of OEM SAS front suspension

Adding this here. A diff drop doesn’t really maintain oem geometry. It only helps improve CV half shaft angles at full shock extended length. I would keep the extended shock length under 24.3ā€ and run the ufdu. Better solution for 37-38s if you are pushing things and has a much improved...

A diff drop doesn’t really maintain oem geometry. It only helps improve CV half shaft angles at full shock extended length. I would keep the extended shock length under 24.3ā€ and run the ufdu. Better solution for 37-38s if you are pushing things and has a much improved intermediate shaft. I...
  10. Max1h build

Almost impressive… I do highly recommend running tierod supports. The bigger the better. Might still be able to track down some massive btoncbuster variants if you hurry. Last thing you wanna do is break a tierod out there… 😳 Seriously tho, I am curious what you come up with on the 4-link...
  11. NOW AVAILABLE: BOSS "Walker Link" Sway Bar Shock System - Great alternative to disconnects!

  12. NOW AVAILABLE: BOSS "Walker Link" Sway Bar Shock System - Great alternative to disconnects!

Them are fightin words. 🤣 just kidding. There are some pretty capable Bronco builds out there. There is even a guy that forgot to mount his rear portals and it turned out pretty good. Who would have thunk that. @SierraBronco...
  13. NOW AVAILABLE: BOSS "Walker Link" Sway Bar Shock System - Great alternative to disconnects!

I would remove bolts from LCA (bottom of link).
  14. Best tuning kit for 2023 Bronco Badlands 5 speed?

He just recently got the badlands 10 speed auto. The transmission is still learning. Apparently he drives on the slow side. This kinda pissed of the trany so it decided to lock him out of 6 thru 10. It is a developmental fully AI trany from ford. He is hoping a tune can fix his problem. And...
  15. Fuel smell in cabin…extreme heat in AZ…HELP

Awesome to have a sense of humor about it. We have all done some really stupid stuff and got away with it. This doesn’t even make the radar screen in my level of stupidity. Just an honest mistake we all learn from. Thanks for posting and being gracious.
  16. NOW AVAILABLE: BOSS "Walker Link" Sway Bar Shock System - Great alternative to disconnects!

Entropy is the devil manifesting himself to ensure everything in the universe slowly bends to his will and decays. Not science but witchcraft.
  17. NOW AVAILABLE: BOSS "Walker Link" Sway Bar Shock System - Great alternative to disconnects!

Just trying to add some depth and context to an otherwise rapidly evolving AI world where cognitive offloading prevails.
  18. 2025 Bronco 2.3L Air Filter Change DIY Write-Up (cabin air filter + engine air filter)

Very impressive write up. I just did an M190 to M210 FDU swap and was considering doing a detailed write up. This is as far as I have gotten. 1) pull m190 2) drop in m210 3) test drive All kidding aside. I am just jealous. Very nicely done and this hopefully gives people the confidence to...
  19. NOW AVAILABLE: BOSS "Walker Link" Sway Bar Shock System - Great alternative to disconnects!

Forces are applied to the longitudinal torsion spring (bar) through the end links attached to the LCA. Rigid end links apply instantaneous axial forces to the lever arm, which then applies a torque to the longitudinal bar. A relative torque only occurs in the longitudinal bar if the LCAs move in...
