  1. Naming My Bronco

Thanks. They're the best breed. I've had several and they never seem to make it past 10. It won't stop me from continuing to love them and get more of them. Absolutely the best breed.
  2. Naming My Bronco

Dr. Gonzo (sticker on the rear glass)
  3. What should I do with my hardtop after switching to a soft top?

Store it somewhere safe and prepare to put it back on after the novelty of the soft top wears off in a couple of months due to noise, cold or the first few break-ins.
  4. Whaaaat! This hurts. A little.

Quite the opposite..I have respect for my kids, dogs and passengers and wouldn't expect them to have to contort themselves to climb into the tiny little back seat and then sit there trapped in a box without even the luxury of opening their own window. Remember how this whole thread started...
  5. Whaaaat! This hurts. A little.

Is that because you're old and old people are terrifyingly horrible drivers? 😂
  6. Lease questions

Some vehicles don't lease well. The Bronco is one of those vehicles.
  7. Whaaaat! This hurts. A little.

Mostly share. Currently, I have 1 of my own and we share another.
  8. Whaaaat! This hurts. A little.

That sounds awfully boomer-ish to me. Poor kid. I get it though. You do get to a point where you want the local kids to have fun, just not at your expense. My buddy has a really long gravel driveway that winds up the mountain to his house. He yells at his wife constantly to slow down on it...
  9. Whaaaat! This hurts. A little.

Well... I'm 47. Women my age do love puppies...😂
  10. Whaaaat! This hurts. A little.

Rarely am I all alone unless I'm headed into the office or running a quick errand. I'm selective of who I spend my time with though. My assertion was that if someone has friends, they wouldn't have a 2 door bc at some point in time they'd need the room. I guess that can be a reflection of...
  11. What's the craziest thing you've seen behind the wheel?

I've seen people reading books and magazines at highway speeds way before the time of self-driving cars. I've seen someone eating a bowl of cereal. I've seen plenty of road-head and one time I saw a couple having sex. At least 2-3 times per month I see a woman putting make-up on and/or brushing...
  12. Whaaaat! This hurts. A little.

Hard to be bitter when I'm riding around with my hot wife and one of our hot girlfriends half our age.
  13. Whaaaat! This hurts. A little.

That sticker is wrong! It should say "Nothing says that people hate you like a 2-door."
  14. No Doors and a Dog

When I'm rolling no doors, I pop the rear glass up and put the pup in the back. I've thought about getting some sort of harness and short tether and clipping him to the middle seatbelt but I think he'd hate that. I'm sure that I'll experiment with that type of setup at some point.
  15. Thinking about a Bronco

What about 3 people and some rottweilers? For me, I 1-think the 4 doors look better from the outside; 2- believe that all humans and dogs should have their own window, especially when so many people sitting in the rear get car sick; 3-enjoy/need the extra cargo space and 4-think the 4 doors...
  16. Thinking about a Bronco

Yes. I've done that my fair share of times. 😂
  17. Thinking about a Bronco

I've never had that experience in 2 years of driving my 4 door wildtrak. I'm not a giant person, nor am I overweight. 5'10" and 195lbs. Athletic build.
  18. Thinking about a Bronco

The interior of the cabins are virtually identical. If that tiny bit of B-Pillar space makes a noticeable difference in your ability to get into and out of the Bronco you're either in the NBA, an NFL lineman or perhaps should consider putting down the twinkies and going for a walk every day...
  19. Thinking about a Bronco

Automatic transmissions are far more efficient converters of power. They eliminate power delay, human delay and human error. Modern automatic trannys are not (in most cases) slushboxes. They are well made, efficient and effective and not nearly as fun as a manual. We all get it. They aren't...
  20. Thinking about a Bronco

That's an odd observation. How does it seem like I take anything personally?
