More than anything, this will just be a thread to host my pictures hah.
But hopefully for anyone who cares to look, you'll find at least some of the stuff interesting.
I've always been intrigued by off-roading, but have always been more of an on-road kinda guy (I'd rather take turns fast than...
That would be fun to play in. But being in Forida, I'm not sure if the Bronco will EVER see snow hah.
However, it does see dirt, sand and mud...and an occasional rock or two.
Me and the fam drove about an hour north of us to one of the more "mild" places to get off the pavement. It was a nice...
I think I'm going to check out Croom with the family this weekend. It is one of the more "entry level" places out there. Though it can get pretty wet/muddy if it has been raining, but I expect it to be mostly dry, which should make things even easier.
After that, I'd like to check out Citrus...
I know I was one of the last few (took delivery 12/3). But I think there were a few Braptor folks that were waiting even longer.
@HeyDobby - have you been able to get off road a bit more?
Youtube algorithm hit me with a video the other day where a guy intentionally ran it out of fuel as a test to see how far beyond 0 he could go.
Ended up driving about 40 miles extra over 2 hours I think.
EDIT:
Found the video...
No? Bummer...
Perhaps something to do with the more vertical angle of the windshield?
I can run my GTI through a downpour and not even use the wipers.
I have not even driven the Bronco in rain yet!
Yeah you're definitely not alone. Ford delivery estimates are crap.
The only thing worth a damn (and that is even a stretch) is tracking via rail car # once you ask Ford chat for it (assuming it is available).
But Just be happy you will be getting your build.
With the news yesterday, yours will...
Hello again fellow 10/24 friend and Audi lover hah.
Just popping in to follow. I too thought about swapping to the WT grill, had no idea that it would be so pricey! Definitely not high up on the to-do list at this point!
The brush guard covers it up a bit anyway so I don't notice the OBX grill...
Is there a way to edit the tiles in this view that you know of?
I have my map large on the left but then I have 3 "tiles" in the right where you only have 2
All 3 are the same size as your top one there. I don't even remember what all 3 are...
You replied while I was typing or I would've quoted you too.
But see above lol I'm a little nervous (based on your experience) to get this "fixed".
I'm still just confused by the shape of the panels at the very front where it meets the seal above the windshield.
I've been wanting to pop off both...
Yeah see I'm just worried that it I (or Ford) start messing with things, I could end up with MORE or DIFFERENT issues. Even if its not "right", I can live with my current situation right now.
Like I said, I just shoved a black towel in that little space and now the Bronco is as quiet as it can...
I noticed a bit of wind noise coming from the gap between the roof and the aux switches. It wasn't bad, but definitely audible as speed increased.
I jammed a little microfiber cloth into that area and now it is quiet.
I almost don't want to mess with anything because overall, I think I'm pretty...
