Try pushing and holding the recirculation button for 5 seconds or more to see if it will switch it to always On. On my FJ if i only push it on it stays for a couple of minutes and turns back off, but if i push and hold it, it will stay on until i turn it off.
I like that Kevin is starting to notice the driving difference with an IFS, slower, more careful. And the part where he says " ask the Toyota guys and others they will tell you, carry spare rods " I would add, and axles, lol
Broncobuster posted a picture of is burnt out clutch on FB today...
Oh wow, nice, glad you are still in the business ( really liked you Toyota products )
Nice setup and not too pricy, that is good. Hope to see the Badlands stuff soon.
They are round bolt caps, that protect the head of the bolt. But for off roading i would rather go with scoop washers like these. Mind you i never used hemisphericals, maybe they work good.
Nothing is out yet, probably wont for a while too, IMHO, but you never know. I reached out to Metal Tech and they are working on a REAR long travel, probably with ICON , like they did for the FJs.
RCV is your best choice for axles, but i would open up the front dif. to see what's inside there...
