You can call Ford's customer service and ask for your "transition private offer certificate number" and the exact dollar amount. The customer service agent I spoke to said this was my price protection...

Maybe... The only thing that might be similar would be the HD modular bumper instead of the stock bumper. I have speculated that could be the hang up because I could see it being "built" and waiting for a bumper.
