I got the call today telling me my Bronco is no longer affected by the recall and I can pick it up. Call your dealership if you haven't heard from them or check the NHTSA website using your vin to see if you have an active recall.

Same here. My 7/21/20 pre order has arrived at my dealer and apparently is supposed to sit there to be "fixed" in the 4th quarter. Such BS for an irrelevant "fix".

I'm there with you.. been on "plant hold" with no answers since 4/13. You have managed to get a little more info than I have. I agree the customer service folks are nice, but are about as helpful as a rock. It's been hard to not go into Karen status, but we deserve some d@mn answers. Good luck.
