    I use it regularly and it works fine but has limited trails; funny that OnX has the Bronco Knoll but the Bronco app does not.

    My understanding about the value of modifications at resale is that you’re better off removing the modifications, unless in the rare case you find a buyer with the exact same taste as you. Modifications add little value at resale and probably actually hurt resale value more often than help.
