The drawer system will work fine with the soft top. Utilizing the sliding top with a fridge may be tricky. You'd have to push the rear window up for the fridge to slide all the way out.

Great question - vertical is preferred but not practical in some cases. If stored horizontally we highly suggest it remain at a slight angle. Slight elevation is sufficient as you can see from the photo.

You will defintily need a wall mounted shop press. Also, we haven't tested our coils on the SAS struts. Our suspension is close to an inch taller than the SAS. This may be part of the issue that you're facing.
