I replaced all 6 speakers with Kickers and put some bass blocker on the front 4". Total cost was less than $250 and it made a significant difference. I am told I should add there kicker 200.4 amp to drive more power into the speakers and it could use a subwoofer to bring in some low end... I...
I can not see Ford sharing the Bronco with another brand... ugh the thought. I can see them creating an all electric version though which could be really cool. I realize Ford has shared models before, but I hope the new leadership does not see that as a viable option for growth.
I am wondering if any of you have noticed something similar. Yesterday I was driving over a bridge near the beach and it was very windy. The type that you can feel pushing the truck one way or another. I could see the hood flexing by the trail sites up and down as the wind blew. I have never...
Installed the folding table on the tailgate (along with bag accessories), cargo net, replaced the aluminum beauty rings with the black painted rings from the Wildtrak and replaced all speakers with Kickers.
Just driving around locally and I am getting the thumbs up from both Bronco and Jeep owners. Pretty cool that people are just psyched there are more of us who like these vehicles and less of us who really care about which brand you bought.
Let me know how it goes. I think the speakers sound great and can certainly handle the head unit's power. About mid-volume and they really sound good. Especially with the trip off.
850 miles, love it. 2 things I noticed (not complaints) . 1, from a milage perspective it seems 45-55 mpg is it's sweet spot. Higher than that and the mpg drop. How do I know this... road trip with daughter to visit a school. 3 hr drive each way all highway. 2nd thing I noticed... man, does the...
Has anyone tried installing the Kicker amp without using the plug and play harness? it's a great product but $155 is pretty steep for what it is. Crutchfield will provide all of the directions and says there is no wire cutting so it can be returned to stock..
I just replaced all my speakers with kickers. I’m wondering if others have the same outcome. I get a lot more clarity and highs. The lower tones seem to have gone away. No real bass to speak of.
My cheek hurt from smiling the entire time while driving!
Honestly, no car is perfect but this is about as close as you can get for me. The best part is-what is not perfect, you can modify.
