Since you’ve done this and I never have, I’m wondering why take the back of the truck apart and conceal the amp instead of mounting it in an accessible location like under the driver seat?

I just read your install thread... well done and thank you. I have never done this before but am considering this amp. I also appreciate the picture with the 12" downfire box. Taking up that much space has been my biggest concern. Any regrets on the sub choice?

Did this fit without any modification?

I actually don't mind the Ford logo either and really appreciate it's not plastered all over the place.

I love there cactus grey and with daily driving, it never gets dirty looking like dark colors. Of course when you go through the mud... all bets are off!😄

Maybe they will make it the same size and shape as the Ford logo. Then I would get it and replace the logo on the tailgate.

I find the whole Sync system is very glitchy. I am hoping Ford pushes out a software update to deal with the issues. CarPlay is one of them. I also lose XM radio stations, telephone capabilities, turn by turn audio, etc.

What did you change the mounting bolts to?

The speaker on the drop down table is creative but I would think it significantly reduces the functionality of the table as far as weight it can hold and rattles like crazy.

Looks great... another variation. This must be the most customized truck on the road. I really have not seen 2 exactly the same.

Cactus Grey looks better in person than any picture. I am very happy with it.

I don’t see ambient light as an option. I have the High package, so he should have it.

I just noticed that the ambient footwell lighting no longer is on when the car is on (yes at night when the lights are on). Any ideas?

That's better than my 2.3L. Had I known the milage was going to be the same I definately would have went with the 6 cyl

Sounds like a concern I had before I went in to pick up my truck. Ford reimburses the dealership 30-45 days after the sale as long as the dealer sells to the car to the person who ordered it. It is a policy Ford has on their website. It was also in a notice sent to the dealership.
