Sorry for not updating. They replaced the camera and did the programming. It fixed the issue. I have not had a problem for the last 2 weeks since it was replaced. Have your dealer run a diagnostic and possibly replace the camera.

I received the same email and I have had mine for 3 weeks now. They have no idea what is going on.

Update: After my Bronco was with the dealer's service department for 1.5 days, the "pinpoint" diagnostic they had to run from Ford came back failed. Ordering a new camera and will have to bring the Bronco back when it arrives to be replaced and programed. Hoping it will be in Monday and this...

I just purchased through Granger. Was easy. Agreed to the Quote they provided. They sent me a document to esign and then an electronic invoice to pay. I went with $50 deductible it was only $50 more than the $100 for the term I had selected.

Thanks. I tried a reset. Will try the battery. Not sure I can get to the harness without taking a lot apart. Will call the dealer if battery doesn’t fix it. All the other cameras are fine and no warnings. Just black front screen.

My Bronco is only a few days old and when I went to use the front camera today it shows as a black screen. The rest of the cameras are working. I have the high package in the OBX. It had worked previously. Anyone else have this issue and have a resolution before I call my dealer when they open...
