That's What I did. I gave them the TSB number. It was just in two weeks ago for the noise. And called them back with a VM and the TSB number. Waiting to hear back.

Mine is an Nov 21 build date and I have the noise. Been there awhile. But really started to notice it after I started reading this thread and the temp dropped.

Easy fix for now until the TSB. There is a dial on the left hand side of the consul under the screen that has a weird signal on it. 0-. Turn That dial to the right with some hard rock or heavy metal playing. And the noise disappears. Then hang tight until the TSB is released. It works for...

I have the AFE vulcan axel back dual tip with carbon fiber. and love it. think its a perfect tone for the 2.3. let me know if you want a clip. I posted it somewhere on here.

Yes please forward the TSB # when anyone gets it. Mine was just at the dealer last week for "normal" contact noise from the gears.

Added the ford performance tune and turbo smart blow off valve. And installed a whipple high flow air filter.

Got mine back today. They ran a bunch of tests. checked the transmission fluid for particles (none). As of now the noise is normal and they are calling it engagement of the gears. And contact pattern of the gears. All bearing etc are good. No leaks. No. trouble shifting etc. Will keep following...

Got the ford performance tune from lethal. And the side steps from IAG performance. And Blow off valve from steeda.

Same. Also it was there a week but the technicians were sick and got back today. So basically it only took them a day to run the tests etc. I'll have more info on what they said the noise was tomorrow. They told me but I can't remember.

I will for sure. Its been going on for awhile. I have 7400 on it. Thought it was normal until started reading the threads. Also its been getting colder so the noise has been a little more apparent.

Getting mine back from dealer tomorrow. Ford told them to drain fluid and check for metal shavings. Replace fluid and run diagnostic. everything came back normal according to Ford. So picking it up tomorrow and will continue driving it until it gets worse or Ford comes out with a TSB. Or...
