Love the retro look, even if the color is modern. The extra effort to paint the edge of the grill makes a huge difference. Tons of work, but looks great that way.
Would love to do this with my EG 2 door, but top and grill would be Colonial white or cream colored. Sadly, I don't think I'm...
I'm a little over 300 days total, but around 200 days I started getting emails saying 'it's almost time to order your Bronco' from Ford. In that same email was also this gem - 'You will be hearing from your dealer soon to place your order'. As you can imagine that never happened, so around...
Not what I'm saying at all. Let the market do its thing. I am saying the only way we stop seeing $85k Broncs is to quit paying that for them.
You sound happy about paying so much for a toy. I'm not.
This is the same thing as a dealer doing it, just at a different place in the market. It stops the same way with private owners as at the dealer too - quit paying it. We are saying the same thing. People vote with their dollars, and it won't go away until the vote is not to pay markups...
Nobody likes ADM but the dealers. Look how many threads here are talking about it. The reality is that ADM will continue until people quit paying it. It really is that simple, but oh so difficult to make happen.
We've all seen stories of people walking away from previously agreed on deals...
Went through the first 5 pages after searching and didn't see anything other than people comparing the two visually and talking about fog lights. I'm specifically wondering if anyone has swapped a capable for a modular. I realize the capable is pretty new, but 'new' has never stopped anyone...
Sadly this is true, and probably the thing that bugs me the most about new cars. Also - the market can't stay as hot as it has been recently. The rate of pricing increases are not sustainable long term. This means that selling a Bronco may be easy, but it's not going to be the money making...
Even though I haven't been waiting as long as many of you, I've been following along for quite a while now. I like to stay connected to what is going on in the car markets in general, but especially with Ford as I'm a big fan.
Over the last year or so there was talk on other platforms about...
Seems like an enterprising company would integrate a decent sized flap with a replacement flare. Once piece, nice shape, easy to swap on and off when you get to the trail... anyone seen anything like that?
This would be awesome to not worry about brush and limbs pinstriping the paint. Also makes your paint color choice far less important. Would help with door dings too.
It was tough end to the year for us... but the upside of the KC rollercoaster game is we will get a lot more prime time viewing opportunities next year! Been a fan f o r e v e r , going back to the Kelly et al days. 2022/23 may be the season! See you at Duff's next year?
This is almost exactly my build, minus roof rails. Based on reservation and order dates in this thread I will be waiting for a while. @Jason74 thanks for posting this pic! Super happy to see what it will look like. Reserved Jun '21, ordered Feb '22.
You can't track or autocross a Bronco, and you can't off-road an 86. If only one is in the cards, whaddaya like to do more?
Both fun on-road, but for very different reasons.
