This is good news. I'm assuming that the same would be expected with Foutz or SVC? They're all basically offering the same product unless I'm mistaken (meaning a chunk of aluminum)

Got ya, thanks for the reply. Is the rub due to the collar height? Is there a minimum height for it to not rub? I've read 2" in some posts for a SAS to clear rubbing and keep the crash bar.

That's awesome! I only recently (in the past month) started getting down to the details to lift/level a HOSS 3.0 setup. Like many others, I'm considering 37 tires (shocking I know lol). Are you on the stock wheel/tire setup or aftermarket?
