Hello. I have only done my own 2.7. I removed 6 qts. The filter doesn't retain any oil the way the old bottom attached filets did. The best thing is to replace the same amount as was removed. It seems to vary slightly which is strange.

That is exactly what happens. If you drain your oil you will only get 6 qts out. So you only need to add 6 qts during an oil change.

I got 1.90% for 36 months in Rhode Island.
