Hello. 13 months in and mine has been great. It is so solid and quiet that I decided not to get the hardtop. I live in CT and have gone through a winter as well with zero issues.

Did they just balance the tires or do an alignment? Even a 2" lift significantly alters the alignment.

They made the tires with smaller gaps to reduce road noice. You probably didn't have the rock issue before because the gaps were larger. That also make the tires noisier. I did the Firestone Destination Xt tires. Super quiet but they do grab rocks. I'd rather have the quiet.

Sounds like they are trying to pass it off to you. I would get an attorney involved. It may cost you a couple hundred bucks but the dealership will immediately change their tone. The $200 will be less expensive than a new axle.

Bronc Buster makes a new beefy pinion sleeve/ guide and end housing. I watched the video of them installing it and cleaning out all the broken plastic from the factory sleeve. Might be a good option and less expensive than a new rack.
