Bullshit move by dealer. No dealer can tell u that you have to buy an optional product. This is something that FORD will not reject that contract.

Ford did give me a certificate number. She said I original ordered a 2021 and never took del. That info was correct . I did order and cancelled due dealer issues and Ford contraints.
