  1. Official Update: Bronco Reservation Move Cutoff Date (Jan 31) + 2021MY Allocations Cutoff Date (Sep 18) + 2022 MY Reservation Start Date

The factors for allocation have nothing to do with market share and everything to do with creating a fair share for those dealers who sell more Ford vehicles. Most of us are well aware, you are not breaking news here.
  2. Official Update: Bronco Reservation Move Cutoff Date (Jan 31) + 2021MY Allocations Cutoff Date (Sep 18) + 2022 MY Reservation Start Date

Your idea of “market share” is different than Ford’s. Ford is most concerned with owning the segment (market share). Regardless of how the Bronco “allocations” are calculated, the ultimate goal is to convert all reservations to orders and deliver those orders to customers.
  3. Official Update: Bronco Reservation Move Cutoff Date (Jan 31) + 2021MY Allocations Cutoff Date (Sep 18) + 2022 MY Reservation Start Date

Ford has exactly ZERO market share in this segment, so Ford isn’t maintaining market share with the Bronco. Ford is attempting to capitalize on a market that has been owned by Jeep. Don’t fool yourself, Ford would like to deliver every single reserved Bronco to customers. Obviously that will...
  4. $2000 off Invoice on October Bronco Reservations at Granger Ford

Yep, no doubt. I am aware of Livernois and have owned (and still own) tuned Mustangs. I also own a 2.7EB Fusion and a 3.5EB Navigator. I’m not at all opposed to tuning, but given the choice, I will order the 2.7EB and have no concerns living with the power it generates from the factory.
  5. $2000 off Invoice on October Bronco Reservations at Granger Ford

I get your point, all tuned ecoboosts make great power with aftermarket tuning. However, some folks (myself included) are looking for reliable power that does not compromise factory warranty coverage. If I decided on the 2.3 for my Bronco, I would wait for a Ford Performance tune/power pack...
  6. Bronco may not be eligible for Xplan ( never mind clarification received)

@Granger Ford ...care to comment for those of us expecting to take advantage of your advertised deal: $1300 under invoice for X-Plan eligible customers?
  7. Message to FORD – From a Bronco Reservation Holder & Potential Customer

Not really. If you reserved a Bronco and convert to an order in Dec/Jan, the Bronco will be produced and delivered to the dealer you selected. The real question is, when will it be produced and delivered? At this point, nobody knows the answer the that question.
  8. Dealer info from 9/25 Meeting

The $100 collected upon reservation is deposited to the dealer you choose (not Ford).
  9. Dealer info from 9/25 Meeting

He/she has already made it clear that he/she was not concerned about allocation. You know....because 8th largest volume dealer, not looking to add Bronco reservations, have plenty of those, etc. Volume dealers raised hell and got what they wanted from Ford. I’m not in any hurry to take...

  12. X Plan Benefits

Yep, X-Plan price can (and often is) above invoice price. However the formula to calculate X-Plan price is static (you seem to be indicating that it can change, it doesn’t). The formula to calculate X-Plan price on any Ford vehicle is always: Invoice - 0.4% + $275 program fee So, if we know...
  13. X Plan Benefits

The X-Plan pricing formula does not change (there is no “custom percentage”, the formula is: Invoice - 0.4% + $275 program fee for any Ford vehicle, including Bronco). https://www.fordpartner.com/partnerweb/pdf/sample_x_plan_invoice.pdf Here is a good reference which details all plan pricing...

  16. Dealer shopping

I have noticed countless references to X-Plan eligibility on this forum. You do not have to wait 60 days to generate an X-Plan PIN after joining MCA or any other Ford Partner organization such as EAA. You are eligible for X-Plan day one as long as your membership expires MORE than 60 days from...

  18. My in-person first impressions with Granger Ford & Ford Ranger 2.3L

PM sent. I will be happy to share if you want to post a new “Indiana dealers” thread in this forum. I don’t want to hijack this thread.
  19. My in-person first impressions with Granger Ford & Ford Ranger 2.3L

Same. I’ve discussed pricing with several dealers in Indiana. Only 2 have agreed to either plan pricing or invoice.
