I’d definitely take that dash and put in in my base so I can get the 12” screen. Plus 37’s, rock rail/steps (because they’re both on the raptor), rear bumper, and of course the hardtop.

Love the rear winch. Not as practical as front if you get stuck because then you’ll have to try again but sometimes you’ve made it through and someone behind you didn’t.
The big difference is that the explorer is unibody and the Everest is body on frame from the ranger chassis (like the bronco). The Everest would be what the explorer was before they turned it into a unibody crossover suv style over the traditional suv shape.

Only thing I really regret is not going with hardtop being as I have to wait forever for the Sasquatch package. Hardtop probably has a less wait time then the Sasquatch.
