Did you pick up your bronco from dealer? If so, is it all good now? I have 22 wildtrak with 5500 miles and it just started to make the cam phaser rattle . Not a fan of having my 65k truck tore apart being so new.
Let us know about the adjustment on the kit itself. If you can point/adjust the lights down far enough to use as fog lights on street without blinding other drivers.
The bolts will not back out but if that plastic insert changes in shape it will create the tailgate hinges to be loose and tailgate can shift in alignment.

When I installed my tailgate reinforcement I took all 4 bolts out. The brackets inside did move up /down and side to side. Thankfully they did not drop down. From my understanding they move freely so you can re align tailgate if needed.
My gaps were a little off too at first. So I loosened up the 4 tailgate bracket bolts and shifted the plate so I can thread the carrier bolts by hand. Then tightened all carrier bolts then tailgate bracket bolts. Finally torqued to spec.
I just installed my today. I am scared of aftermarket powder coated items. I have bad luck with them rusting eventually. I purchased the bolts and washers (black) to the carrier from a bolt company. Hex flanged bolts black like factory but longer 30mm.
