Looking into this concern, as it may have a simple bracket solution.

speaking hypothetically let’s just say I was able to incorporate a mount into the heat exchanger relocation mount to keep the ACC in a stock location for the modular bumper. That would solve all concerns?

Option 2 and 3 are not a aftermarket intercooler. I am filling it out with a couple companies, about making a aftermarket heat exchanger in order to fit in the area availible. However a American made heat exchanger would cost just as much as the Mishimoto high mount intercooler kit. 3rd...

I will try and take better pictures of the one I have installed. It is hard to take a descriptive picture in the area.

The relocation kit is not needed to clear the intercooler itself, but to clear the brake line. I can not recommend on record to "bend"/ push the brake line out of the way, but I know many have done so and kept the solenoid pack on the winch. Another option is our relocation kit.
