Unfortunately, I have not had a chance to test fit on or even inspect a Bronco raptor.

This was taken into consideration, as multple screen sections of the bumper is allowing air to reach the intercooler. The winch mount structure is shaped to allow air from the lower screened area to flow into the intercooler.

The 2D/6" ones are actually not ready yet. We're waiting on word from C.O.P. for when they will be ready. There's a waitlist button for that configuration if you'd like to be notified when those are ready.

That's mentioned in the video. They are bolted on, eliminating the quick-release latches. Someone with a wrench could still get them but it would take a while. Not a quick grab.

DM me when you have hard dates on the trip. I go to San Diego on almost biweekly. Unfortunately, at this time I can not say yes on the install. I am looking into, If the liability side of things is worth publicly offering installs.

Adjustability is built into the bracket, to make it more or less sensitive. I put the shop broncos relatively center of the adjustment and it seems to be relatively similar to the OEM set up. All can be done in garage, no dealer recalibration is necessary.
