This was taken into consideration, as multple screen sections of the bumper is allowing air to reach the intercooler. The winch mount structure is shaped to allow air from the lower screened area to flow into the intercooler.

That's mentioned in the video. They are bolted on, eliminating the quick-release latches. Someone with a wrench could still get them but it would take a while. Not a quick grab.

Adjustability is built into the bracket, to make it more or less sensitive. I put the shop broncos relatively center of the adjustment and it seems to be relatively similar to the OEM set up. All can be done in garage, no dealer recalibration is necessary.
