Pretty sure he said directly in there that the 8k cost increase on base for SAS was a result of an error in double-counting a transmission......sounds like honest mistakes that they are clearly correcting.
3:58 in the video, dealers will have the entire 21 price list in January. So whatever dealer you're working with will know all the costs, they just aren't in the public facing tool. No biggie. Or cancel your reservation because of it ;)
Yeah that really sucks, I don't understand Fords thinking when it comes to the combo of LED/halogen. Even their top of the line Expeditions come with halogen fog lamps.....just cheap.
Something would have to got massively wrong to push it another year. Sounds like the dealer is playing the Ford "...by October" game....meaning "a year out" = too many months for them to care.
All the discussions of people dropping their reservations or Ford messing up a roll out killing said reservation list...I don't know. We've seen less than 20 individuals on here actually post up the deletion of their reservation/purchase of a new ride. Lots of chatter but have we really seen a...
I don't think so, but time will tell, all parts I've ever ordered through various Ford dealers have come painted in a particular body color. Bought door handle for my Tuxedo Black F150 from the dealer, already painted, have done similar orders on my F350. I've never been told 'we only have that...
If the OBX comes with colored door handles, as it says it will, then you absolutely will be able to order those from the dealer down the road. Same as with any part on any car.
They are supposed to come painted on the OBX, so pretty sure they will be there ready to paint even if they aren't painted. And painting door handles isn't costing anywhere near the OP estimates. And 'chrome' isn't paint so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Exactly. I picked up a Corolla for $2k to drive for a few months. No big deal. Seems like some might be making excuses for why they have to leave the Bronco for something else.
Yes, two whole people who read their stuff complained. Really if you waited 'years' as some claim, does a month or three really push you off? Seems odd. They do know they don't have to run out and get another 'new' car if their current one is falling apart, right? People know they can pick...
Drop any reservation and wait a few years to see what comes out. Selling the 72 makes no sense in the thread because you don't indicate you're selling one to buy the other. Drive the 72.
