I can't really tell. Maybe Adrenaline Rush is just a package, like Sasquatch, and the other three are trims: Heritage Standard, Overland, and Wildtrak. This would appear to imply there's a Heritage non "Standard" too perhaps.

Yeah man, it’s there in B&P, though not consistently (e.g. didn’t work on a 2 door a moment ago for me) and like @TonyWonder pointed out, not even a newly released badge image.

Right, in B&P it sure seems to be the bumper. (But I am working with a scheduled build image generated by Ford outside of generic B&P system.)

IMO As long as it’s reasonably priced, it is the number 1 accessory I want. But especially with that ‘66 tailgate FORD stamp branding.

Maybe Tuffy would be making that? They’re doing the folding table if I remember correctly.
