Ford is not offering x-plan for the Bronco. 3% under invoice is a pretty good deal.

He's a pretty big name in the custom hot rod scene, or at least he used to be. All of his designs look like that. He's still stuck in the 90's creatively.

It's not like you are taking an original early Bronco and making that monstrosity in the Chip Foose thread. You're using a reproduction part to make a minor change to a new vehicle. If any of the 'hard core' guys get mad at that, they can just go fuck right off.
