Question on this, if anyone has info from that photo shoot, what "2 inch lift"?

I'd like to finance the least amount of crap when it comes time to throw down cash and get the loan for this guy. I'm happy with purchasing items from Ford, Ford Performance, after market vendors, etc, after the fact in order to either have an additional item...
That model Pathfinder, those were tanks with tons of power. My coworker had one and let me drive it once in a while, I was jealous but was happy to be able to mod and build up my X, fun days then. Don't look at todays Pathfinder, you won't recognize it :(
Is there any indication that the rear windows on either top, would be like the old school vehicles where you could at least crack them, or is it just "on" or "off"?
Full disclosure here:
A.) I'm new to Ford
B.) I'm new to turbos
With that said, Ford's bumper to bumper on this vehicle is 3/36, and the powertrain is 5/60, if you get the factory tune, is the factory tune shortening the warranty of the powertrain to 3/36 as well?
How is this something, that as a known issue, not being addressed, with the most anticipated product in years? I find it ridiculous it that's the case on this engine.
