I had that happen in another Ford years ago. Turned out to be a damaged battery cable, so I would guess it COULD be your battery or a damaged cable or connection. Try charging the battery and see if that helps.

It's 100% based upon your battery's state of charge. Either go for a long drive or put a charger on it for a few hours. If that doesn't help you need a new battery.
