Oh definitely not. That where the custom tuning and more boost come into play. My V makes an additional 90whp from 93 to E65, on the same boost.

If anything the Bilstein shocks will be a little firmer on road when compared to something like the Raptor's Fox Shocks. However they will be very good quality and offer a nice controlled ride and handling. They will shine on the rougher stuff and rocks.

Looking at the weights and dimensions posted, it's about the same size and weight as my current 4Runner. I'd consider the 4Runner under powered but adequate.
