So you're the red flash busting through the yellows I see...JK
Old guy too, the one that annoys the next two cars behind me cause I stop at yellows. But I'm liking Sport in the mountains for the gearing and throttle response in corners and up and down grade. I don't run it in town but it...
I'm hoping fuel pump parts become available soon so I can get both at the same time. The Bronco requested permission to update the other night so I hope the blank screen (which I never experienced) issue is fixed too.
90 miles each way. Ordered September 2020, none of the more local dealers would commit to pricing so I ordered up the road with a dealer that would and had no D&H.
EDIT, not that it matters, but I recall the timeline better now: Reserved July 2020 used default dealer, September 2020 changed...
If you want a 2 door you have to go all the way to Badlands to get a locking rear axle, which is pretty important off road on the Bronco since they like to teeter on three wheels a lot. If you're going for door you can get a rear locker in the Black Diamond Package which is a great way to go.
I admit I haven't been watching the minutia with new orders but, was Orange Fury the same or very similar to Cyber Orange from the old days? Kinda like A51 and AGM?
I've never had the blank screen, but it asked permission top update yesterday, I said OK at 1:00 am, haven't been out to look, now if it will just fix the compass.
Exactly. I can name countless trails that have gone to similar condition. An example is Poughkeepsie Gulch. The 'Falls" used to be just a fun challenge in the family 4x4 (F150, Ranger, 94 Explorer, even a fairly helpless Jeepster Commando) now you have to wait in line with a bunch of super...
I agreed 100 with your assessment. I ordered a Big Bend with locker (because I wanted cloth and some other BB things) added Skids, bumper, tires turning it in to a functional BD. Too bad the BD is not offered in two door anymore, definitely a sweet spot. Now as to the perfect Bronco: a non...
Your assessment of trail conditions degrading from (over)use is spot on. Back in the day any factory 4x4 with low range (not the current crop of "SUVs") could go about anywhere in CO/UT, now rock ledges and rock gardens have become the norm due to overuse from high performance 4x4s and UTVs...
I'm the same with Android. Works fine hardwired. I actually don't mind it because when it worked it would default to google maps, which I normally don't want, so now if I want maps I plug it in.
50-50 that I would have sprung for the BD instead of BB and thrown some cloth upholstery on it. I added most the BD features and better for about the same money BUT I would have had 4.46 gears if I ever decide I want a front locker,
So where are we at with the Fuel Pump recall? I'd kinda put it out of my mind, but this post brought it up front again. Went to the app, which shows 0 active recalls. I think I've got three unsolvable: this one, seat bolt and backup cam software and maybe hardware? What's up Ford??
Oh my, This made my head hurt, I just spliced my $35 fog lights in to the factory wiring and went with it, I guess I should check it out a bit more....
EDIT: Just checked 42w so 3.5 a...OK
