The winch went on right after I replaced the stock tires and wheels. If you are serious about actually going off road, a winch will be necessary sooner or later. You don't have to adapt the idea that you are invincible, but it's nice to have one when needed.

Looking at adding them to mine. Would love to hear about your experience with how they actually lifted your Bronco. Mine has considerable rake from the winch and skid plates up front. Want to level it out some.
